Maytown Village Square Homeowners Association

The Town homes at Village Square Commons have been designed and are built with your carefree lifestyle in mind. We believe in your desire to enjoy life in a relaxed, maintenance- free setting. Because of that belief we have selected building materials that limit exterior painting. In addition basic yard work and snow removal is attended to by your homeowners association.

The Town homes at Village Square are sold as fee simple property, subject to certain deed restrictions and membership in the Maytown Village Square Homeowners Association. This general association fee is $22.50 per month plus each homeowner in Village Square Commons pays additional for snow and mow based on their lot size as listed below.  The lot numbers matched with the dollar numbers below include the $22.50 and are the monthly association dues.  In addition, there is a $100.00 one time capitalization fee that is collected at settlement.
