Deed Restrictions

1. No commercial or recreational (including all boats & campers) Vehicles

2. Fences

    a) must be white and vinyl

    b) rear yard only

    c) fences not to extend beyond width of building

    d) no fences within 10 ft. of rear property line

3. No satellite dishes in front of house

4. Exterior painting

    a) painting must be original color & shade

5. No vegetable garden in front or side of house

6. Sports equipment must be stored inside overnight

7. Garbage cans must be stored in garage

8. No Sheds
