RASPBERRY HILL COMMONS

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Upon settlement of your new home in RASPBERRY HILL COMMONS, you will become a member of the RASPBERRY HILL COMMONS Homeowners Association.  The town homes in Raspberry Hill Commons are sold as fee simple property, subject to the deed restrictions that you approved and membership in the Raspberry Hill Commons Homeowners Association.  As a member you will pay a one time $100.00 origination fee and $75.00 per month paid semi-annually as long as you own the property.  The first $100.00 will be collected at your settlement as will your prorated monthly fee for the current period.  Your monthly fees cover the costs to cut your grass, apply weed control/fertilization twice annually, mulch beds and the removal of snow from your driveway and sidewalks. Lititz Borough will remove the snow from the street.  In addition the fees support the maintenance of the common areas that includes a future tot lot.  Please keep in mind, however, that this is a new community in its early phase, therefore this may be subject to change in the future.  If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact your attorney or real estate advisor.

 I/We have received, read and accepted a copy of the deed restrictions and by-laws and from this date forward accept responsibility for the knowledge of its contents.
