HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Upon settlement of your new home in BRIDLE PATH, you will become a member of the MAYTOWN VILLAGE SQUARE Homeowners Association.  As a member you will pay a one time $100.00 origination fee, and $22.50 a month as long as you own the property.  This initial amount will be collected at your settlement and the next month’s fee.  The fee supports the maintenance of 17 acres of common area in our private park, a community center (which is available for your use), the picnic pavilion, future tot lot, sand volleyball court, gazebos, pond area and walking paths.

Please keep in mind, however, that this is a new Phase of this development, therefore this may be subject to change in the future.

I/We have received, read and accepted a copy of the deed restrictions and from this date forward accept responsibility for the knowledge of its contents.
